Digitization of Invoicing

For Grave Gardening from Ostend, specializing in grave maintenance and restoration, we executed a thorough optimization of their existing MS Access software. An integration with Billit was added to automatically transmit invoices via Peppol, in compliance with new legal mandates.

What used to be an entirely manual process — drafting invoices, exporting them, and emailing each separately — is now a fully automated and error-free digital workflow. The integration ensures that every invoice is dispatched directly from their familiar software without any extra intermediate steps.
